大阪で長年過ごしたワタシは食べたくなります。
大阪の味を。
十三の「やまもと」のネギ焼きとか、自由軒のカレーとか、阿倍野の串カツとか・・。
東京で、大阪を思い出したとき、便利なのがチェーン店。
交通網の発達と、情報の拡大がもたらしてくれたチェーン店！

ぼてじゅうで食おうやないかい！！

だいたい、名前がええやんか。

ぼてって、鉄板に落ちて、ジューって焦げるんやで。
最高のネーミングやん。
こんな名前、東京人はつけへんでーーーー。
大阪の粉ものは、ほんま、ええわあ。
宗右衛門町を思い出しながら、「ふたりの大阪」を口ずさみながら
ぼてじゅうを食べ尽くす、ワタクシ。
